Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reporting on key metrics, including variance analyses and deriving actionable options
• Act as a business partner for operational areas with a focus on headquarter functions and service entities
• Coordinate the departments during budgeting and ensure high quality of results
• Proactively support departments in optimizing processes and cost structures and advise on challenges with developed solutions
• Collaborate on relevant controlling projects and contribute to the conceptual development of BI reports

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies, preferably with focus on Controlling, Finance and/or Accounting
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and BI systems
• Very good German (min. C1) and good English skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented work style
• High communication skills and hands-on mentality
