The Munich Marriott City West is setting new benchmarks and standards for meetings Bavarian lifestyle and features 398 guest rooms and suites along with nearly 5,000 sqm of public space, including a state‑of‑the‑art conference center. It offers tailored high‑quality event concepts through the Italian Assoluto Restaurant & Vineria, the Assoluto Deli, the Westhub Lounge & Bar, the rooftop terrace Cloud 6, and the MClub Lounge with panoramic city views.

We are looking for a Convention Sales Executive (m / f / d) to join our newly opened hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Professional planning of conferences, private events, congresses and group bookings (rooms).
• Facilitate clear and professional communication about event processes and procedures with all departments.
• Be present with guests & customers—house tours, personal meetings, and on the day of the event—to ensure they can contact you and your team at any time.
• Responsible for contracting and invoicing of events and group bookings.
• Act as a team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in the event or banqueting sector within the hotel industry.
• Detail‑oriented and creative.
• Outstanding appearance, charm and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Work‑permit for the EU / Germany.
• Professionalism, a can‑do attitude and hands‑on mentality are part of your personality.
