Your mission

• Processing of all accounting procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with payroll
• Handling payment reminders/receivables management
• Account maintenance/reconciliations and audits
• Preparing electronic payments
• Commission and travel expense reports
• Assisting with monthly and annual accounts
• Meeting preparation and follow-up
• Ad-hoc work and assisting the Finance Manager

Your profile

• Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, accountant training is an advantage
• At least three years of experience in accounting
• Accounting knowledge based on the German Commercial Code and preferably IFRS
• Good working knowledge of a standard ERP system
• Sound understanding of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel). Experience of other tools (e.g. ERP)
• Excellent written and spoken English (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
• Process- and project-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills
• Target- and solution-focused attitude to work
• Onboarding: Up to 3 months at the Memmingen location
• Driving licence (at least Cat. B)
