Responsibilities

• Own and drive the design, review, and governance of end‑to‑end technical solutions that integrate SAP S/4 and BTP, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while considering multi‑dimensional system landscape design.
• Lead a community of practice and provide guidance and best practices for leveraging SAP S/4 and BTP capabilities to address business challenges and opportunities, considering systems architecture.
• Manage development teams to ensure successful implementation of designed solutions, providing technical oversight and support as needed.
• Stay up to date and drive education and training on SAP S/4 and BTP features, enhancements, and best practices to inform solution design and architecture decisions.
• Assess new technologies and tools that align with SAP S/4 and BTP capabilities, with particular attention to AI, automation, and integration technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP S/4 and BTP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience as Solution Architect in the context of SAP BTP, SAP S/4, and large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong technical skills in SAP S/4 and BTP, with ability to develop and communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience with integration methodologies and cloud architecture for enterprise solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred: SAP certification in S/4 HANA or BTP.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; additional language skills a plus.
