Your Tasks

• Create inspiring and relevant content aligned with our strategy, market needs, and target audiences
• Foster close collaboration with colleagues in our international markets to ensure alignment and strong execution
• Present and bring our concepts to life through engaging trainings, on‑stage appearances, and camera‑ready moments
• Develop compelling tools such as storyboards, training materials, and clear guidelines that support our teams globally
• Design, manage, and continuously refine our customer engagement approach through impactful demo formats and memorable events
• Track, evaluate, and optimize the performance of concepts and events to ensure measurable success
• Build, nurture, and expand our international network across all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate seamlessly across all key interfaces to keep projects aligned, on track, and moving forward

Your profile

• Experienced Chef (m/f/d) holding senior positions such as Executive Chef/Corporate Chef orsound experience in the foodservice sector (e.g. system gastronomy, retail, catering, hotel) - you know your way around a kitchen and a team, have seen how the industry really works and still love it
• Excellent knowledge ofthe food service industry, culinary arts and kitchen operations
• A sharp sense for customer needs – you don’t guess; you observe, understand, and turn insights into real value
• Strong conceptual abilities and ahigh degree of independence – you don’t wait for inspiration; you build the concept and run with it
• Open-minded, confident, creative, and quick-thinking
• Very goodpresentation and trainer skills on stage and in front of the camera
• A solid “get it done” mentality combined with strong teamwork – you deliver results and bring people along with you
• Focused and structured approach to projects and tasks – clarity and organization are your everyday tools
• Fluent in written and spokenEnglish
• Very goodMicrosoft Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
• Willingness to travel (international, about 30%) and a valid driver’s license
• 38-hour week and 30 days vacation
