Location: Darmstadt, Germany

Mindray is expanding its international Finance team, and we are looking for a talented Country Accountant to join our German subsidiary. What You Will Do

• Manage the full set of accounting books and monthly financial reporting
• Support month‑end closing (2.5‑day schedule) and prepare reconciliations
• Ensure accurate accounting practices and compliant financial statements
• Assist with audits and statutory reporting (with third party)
• Handle VAT, EC returns, corporation tax prep, accruals, prepayments & fixed assets
• Support revenue recognition checks, journals, GL reviews and reclassifications
• Provide ad‑hoc project and reporting support within the Finance team

What You Bring

• A relevant accounting / business qualification
• Experience in accounting, audit support, and statutory filings
• Strong SAP experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role accounting role
• Ability to be based in the Darmstadt office Monday to Friday
• Ability to work in Germany without the requirement of company sponsorship

Ihre Aufgaben

• Führung des vollständigen Rechnungswesens und Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse
• Unterstützung des Monatsabschlusses (2,5‑Tage‑Zeitplan) und Erstellung von Abstimmungen
• Sicherstellung korrekter Buchhaltungsprozesse und gesetzeskonformer Abschlüsse
• Unterstützung bei Audits und gesetzlichen Meldungen
• Bearbeitung von Umsatzsteuer, Zusammenfassenden Meldungen sowie Körperschaftsteuer‑Vorbereitungen
• Durchführung von Revenue‑Recognition‑Checks, Buchungen, GL‑Prüfungen und Umbuchungen
• Mitarbeit an Ad‑hoc‑Projekten und Reports im Finance‑Team

Ihr Profil

• Eine relevante Qualifikation im Bereich Buchhaltung/Betriebswirtschaft
• Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, Audit – Unterstützung und gesetzlichen Meldungen
• Erfahrung mit SAP, vorzugsweise umfassend
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Accounting – Rolle
• Bereitschaft, von Montag bis Freitag im Büro in Darmstadt tätig zu sein
• Fähigkeit, in Deutschland ohne Unternehmenssponsoring zu arbeiten
