Your Mission
As part of our CRM Team, you will design and optimize end‑to‑end lifecycle experiences across multiple brands and markets.
- Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in‑app, and web.
- Operate confidently within Braze, using advanced segmentation, journey orchestration, and structured testing.
- Improve early‑lifecycle performance through onboarding, activation, trial conversion, and reactivation flows.
- Apply behavioral principles to increase engagement and reduce early drop‑off.
- Identify commercial opportunities through experimentation and data‑driven analysis.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Market teams to deliver high‑quality, timely lifecycle communication.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable improvements that drive both engagement and revenue.
Your Story
You bring a strong mix of technical CRM skills, analytical thinking, and user empathy.
- Deep hands‑on experience with Braze (certification or clearly demonstrated advanced expertise).
- Braze Certified Marketer
- Braze Certified Digital Strategist
- Braze Certified Practitioner
- Proven track record in B2C mobile apps, ideally with large user funnels and fast CRM velocity.
- Experience in subscription models and free‑to‑paid lifecycle strategies.
- Familiarity with high‑intensity activation approaches.
- A habit‑building mindset: thinking in triggers, routines, and motivation loops.
- Analytical and experimentation‑driven, with the ability to interpret lifecycle data and turn insights into action.
- Strong communication instincts and the ability to craft clear, motivating messages.
Nice to Have
- Experience applying behavioral science to lifecycle design.
- Exposure to pricing, paywall, or offer testing.
- Experience working across multiple European markets or languages.
