Role Overview:
As a CRM Manager in the Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and repeat purchases by managing lifecycle communications for existing users and lapsed users. Your focus will be on maximizing customer value and lifetime revenue by developing and optimizing CRM journeys and campaigns for registered buyers across different value segments. You will plan and execute targeted communications that nurture engagement, stimulate repeat purchases, and support the expansion of new business verticals.
Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager, product marketing, data, and performance marketing teams, you will translate customer insights into effective lifecycle strategies across owned channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your work will ensure Chrono24 maintains an ongoing relationship with its customer base, strengthening loyalty and preventing users from drifting to competitor platforms.
