What You Will Be Doing

Analyzing patterns within student reading and writing data through AI, converting these discoveries into transformative strategies that reshape English language instruction and literary comprehension.
Developing AI-enhanced tools that respond to diverse learning preferences, rendering grammar accessible, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis attainable for learners across all proficiency levels.
Creating adaptive learning sequences that adjust dynamically, steering students from phonics through the interpretation of sophisticated texts, ensuring every learner advances at their ideal rate.
Partnering with a multidisciplinary team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the possibilities of language education, directly shaping the academic experience of thousands of students.
Reimagining classic and modern literature as interactive, AI-integrated experiences that educate students while cultivating their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Overseeing conventional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement in how language arts are delivered and absorbed within our accelerated framework.
Operating independently—you'll contribute as a member of our collaborative team advancing the frontiers of AI in English instruction.
Concentrating exclusively on abstract theory—each AI model you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and utilize language capabilities in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning methodology.

Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities

Deliver quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-informed analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency development across multiple domains.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
Basic coding abilities in any programming language
Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
