Customer Demand Planner DE (m/w/d)

How you will contribute

You will:

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve statistical and consensus demand forecasts
• Understand and analyze historical sales data, demand trends, promotions and seasonality
• Lead the cross‑functional discussion around forecasting assumptions used to build the latest plan
• Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy KPIs and derive and govern the resulting action plan in collaboration with the cross‑functional team
• Support the IBP process by preparing the necessary inputs, template and consolidation for the monthly demand reviews (including explanation of changes)
• Maintain master data and planning parameters in the relevant forecasting systems
• Support and actively participate in the deployment of new forecasting technologies, projects and ways of working

What you will bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning or CS&L
• Analytical thinking and business understanding / business acumen required
• Digitalization skills
• High service orientation, continuous improvement and digital mindset
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills (project and stakeholder management)
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Fluency in German and English
• Systems knowledge in Excel, SAP BW/SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAC, SAS, o9
• I2M process & KPIs knowledge
