Role: Customer Onboarding Manager (German Speaking) Scope: Teamleader Orbit is a powerful agency software tool that helps agencies streamline operations and maximise efficiency. As Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in our clients' success by guiding them through the implementation of Teamleader Orbit.Level: MediorLocation: Ghent, Belgium, or Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with hybrid working model; or fully remote from GermanyTiming: ASAP We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join us on our mission. Facilitate smooth onboarding: Guide new German customers through onboarding, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform. Also deliver personalized sessions to integrate our solution into clients’ workflows effortlessly within the set timeframe. Provide training: You will conduct training sessions for new customers to make sure they get their first value out of Teamleader Orbit through a variety of different learning channels (by virtual training sessions, product videos, training board,...). Build Strong Relationships: You collaborate with the agency customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure they both love our product and achieve their business goals.Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing and customer support teams for a cohesive approach. You'd be a great fit for this role, if you:Love to talk with entrepreneurs about their workflows and business processes.Preferably, you know a thing or two about B2B communication, you master the consultative communication method.You strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud-based applications and with the agency and consultancy business.You speak fluent German and English (professional level). Fluency in Dutch or French is a big plus!Experience in a SaaS environment would be a great plus and some HTML and CSS skills would be a nice extra.
