Customer Operations Specialist

Our client is an innovative company in the self-storage sector based in Frankfurt am Main. The company develops and operates modern storage spaces for private individuals and businesses and is continuously expanding its network of locations throughout Germany. The aim is to successfully establish new locations and become one of the leading self-storage networks in Germany.

CRM & Database Management

• Maintenance and updating of customer and lead data in the CRM system
• Documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Monitoring lead status, conversion rates, and customer history
• Ensuring data accuracy and supporting sales reporting

Customer Care

• Primary contact for prospective and existing customers
• Professional handling of inquiries, requests, and follow-ups
• Customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management
• Support throughout the full rental lifecycle (move-in to move-out)
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention

Sales & Leasing

• Qualification of leads (space size, budget, rental duration)
• Preparation, Reports, and follow-up of offers
