Customer Service Fitter (m/f/d) for the specialist area of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation

Responsibilities

What you can expect from us:

• Carrying out individual repairs, maintenance and fault clearance services
• Maintenance of gas instantaneous water heaters, gas combi boilers, gas boilers, solar systems, heat pumps, oil boilers and district heating systems
• Renewal of devices and requirements
• Qualified electrician for defined activities (desirable)
• Gas installations - testing gas pipes (load test, leak test and leakage measurement)
• Customer service and emergency service operations with mobile connection
• Material procurement, measurement and organization
• Documentation of work carried out

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitation
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
• High level of personal responsibility
• Flexibility, commitment and independent work
• Customer-friendly and competent appearance
• Class B driver's license
• Good written and spoken German
