Customer Service Specialist for the French market (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Via phone and email, you are the first point of contact for our French-speaking B2B customers across Europe.
• You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system.
• Assist with any concerns that may arise with our customers during the ordering and delivery process.
• Focus on our already registered dealers, while also supporting our sales team in acquiring new prospective customers.

You bring along:

• Professional experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales, or similar areas.
• Ideally, a passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles, and related products and accessories.
• Open-mindedness, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Native command of French and good English for daily customer contact; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
