We are seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (m/f/x) to design and implement business solutions on a low-code platform, focusing on the development of customer-centric software solutions and the optimisation of digital business processes. In this role, you will have a strong focus on customer needs while balancing technical expertise in a flexible, agile environment.
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of tailored software solutions based on customer requirements, with a focus on optimising business processes.
Collaborate with software developers to design and create efficient workflows, user-friendly interfaces, and flexible data models.
Provide expert advice on the feasibility of technical solutions and work with cross-functional teams to support project success.
Contribute new ideas and enhancements to the existing software platform and continuously improve modules and features.
Manage the integration and transformation of data from multiple source systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
Create and manage dynamic reports, workflows, and interfaces that align with customer needs and business goals.
Maintain high-quality standards while balancing customer needs with pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking.
Your profile
Completed studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields; career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
Experience with JSON, basic JavaScript, and handling data transformation and cleansing.
A customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in team-oriented, agile environments.
Prior experience as a Product Engineer within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as part of a project or product team, is highly valued.
Hands-on experience with low-code development platforms (e.g., Node-Red, OutSystems, Mendix) and data modelling would be beneficial.
Familiarity with management systems such as information security, business continuity, or risk management is a plus but not required.
Fluency in English and proficient in German is a plus.
