Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain. Our customers â OEMs, EMS providers, and PCB suppliers â use our platform to manage BOMs, sourcing, and component data in one place. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can own a portfolio of these accounts and turn them into long-term, growing partnerships.
This is a strategic role, not a support queue. You'll need to understand how your customers run their supply chains well enough to show them a better way â and have the commercial instinct to grow the accounts you manage.
You can join our team remotely (+/- 2hrs CET) or in our Munich headquarters (full home-office flexibility). We regularly meet for team retreats and attend selected industry events, which means you'll be traveling occasionally. Travel expenses will, of course, be covered by us.
Compensation Range: âŹ57,600 - âŹ72,000
