The Customer Support Engineer is the first point of contact for customers and the primary person responsible for the engine maintenance orders placed by the customer within the organization.
Completed engineering studies (TH/ TU/ FH) in the field of mechanical engineering, aircraft or engine construction
Knowledge or understanding of business administration
Very good written and spoken English skills
Confident appearance and excellent communication skills, also in other cultures
Strong understanding in dealing with customers, especially from other cultures
Ability to work in a team
Quality awareness
Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure
Experience in dealing with host system-based applications and modern means of communication
Very good knowledge of MS Office standard software
Willingness to undergo a psychological aptitude test
