We are currently looking for a Deputy Maintenance Manager for a permanent position based in Germany on behalf of a growing MRO to support the oversight and management of their base and line maintenance operations.

As would be expected with a Deputy Maintenance Manager role, you will be:

• Responsible for secondary managerial oversight and supporting as required, all areas of Base / Line maintenance and support activities
• Responsible for assisting in the control and standards of performance of the maintenance department and for the day-to-day administration of personnel.
• Offering support in ensuring the competence of all maintenance personnel under their management.
• Assist with the planning of scheduled maintenance ensuring the availability of tools, equipment, materials and sufficient competent personnel are available to plan, perform, supervise, inspect and certify the work to be performed.
• Ensure aircraft maintenance is carried out and documentation is completed in accordance with work specification, regulatory requirements and company procedures.
