As the Digital Content Creative Specialist (m/w/d) for Genesis Motor Europe, you will work across multiple channels to conceptualize creative concepts and organize brand content, ensuring consistency with global brand identity across multiple European markets.

We want you to:

• Create high‑quality visual and video content that reflects the brand’s design‑driven identity and supports digital marketing objectives.
• Develop and manage in‑house creative capabilities, including digital tools, editing software, content archives, and production equipment.
• Capture, edit, and adapt content for multiple formats and channels, ensuring timely delivery of trend‑relevant social and digital assets.
• Lead creative briefing and production coordination with agencies and external partners, overseeing timelines, budgets, and execution quality.
• Act as content advisor and production supervisor, providing storytelling, technical, and creative direction for internal and agency‑led shoots.
• Drive creative ideation, contributing disruptive ideas and participating actively in brainstorming to strengthen brand differentiation.
• Organize, maintain, and manage all project files and digital assets, ensuring efficient workflows and accessibility.
• Serve as technical and storytelling supervisor for any GME‑owned creative shoots and campaigns.

About you:

• Qualified Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of post‑graduate professional experience, with 3+ years focusing within Marketing.
• Experience in managing external agencies and project management.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Indesign.
• Experience with content shooting across multiple mediums.
• Global and/or regional stakeholder management experience.
• Fluency in English, written and oral, required.
