Private Equity-backed, Buy and Build, Business Management Software Vendor , and a
recognised leader in its vertical market , is looking for a
Digital Demand Manager (m/f/x)
to drive demand generation and support new system sales across its
SMB portfolio . Based in
Munich , this role will play a key part in delivering integrated B2B marketing initiatives across the
DACH region . It is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who can combine strategy with hands-on execution and work closely with Sales and BDR teams to create measurable pipeline impact.
Key responsibilities: Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns for the DACH market Deliver and optimize
digital campaigns, webinars, events, and targeted content programs Create, adapt, and leverage campaign content for relevant audience segments across multiple channels Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on pipeline contribution Partner closely with
BDR and Sales teams
to improve alignment and campaign effectiveness Continuously refine campaign setup, targeting, and execution to improve results
What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in
performance marketing, demand generation, or campaign management Strong understanding of
B2B demand generation , digital campaigns, webinars, and event marketing Hands-on experience with
HubSpot
or another marketing automation platform Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Fluent
German and English , written and spoken Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices and events.
