Position Overview

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Advisor to join our team in Berlin. This role focuses on providing expert consultation in social media marketing and digital advertising strategies to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers
• Provide expert guidance on social media marketing and business support
• Evaluate social media advertisement analytics
• Conduct inbound and outbound client communications regarding advertisements and budgets
• Implement successful sales funnel strategies
• Identify trends and develop powerful advertising campaigns
• Meet KPIs including:
  • Successful calls (average 24 minutes)
  • Marketing strategy implementation quotas
  • Attendance targets
  • Campaign implementation pitch rates

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills
• Experience in digital marketing or related field
• Understanding of social media platforms and advertising

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Base salary: 33,000 gross annually (2,750 gross monthly)
• Performance bonus: Up to 7,500 annually
• Language bonus: 300 monthly for Dutch

Relocation Support

• Up to 1,900 for relocations from outside Germany

Training Program

• 2 weeks initial training
• Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Regular shadowing sessions with experienced colleagues
