About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist , you will support and advise advertisers across German, Arabic- and English-speaking markets. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to design, optimize, and scale data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
• Advise advertisers on best practices for products and solutions
• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs, insights, and data trends
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
• Manage relationships with Arabic- and English-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare performance reports and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in German or Arabic + English (written and spoken)
• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, online advertising, or strategy
• EU Nationality or Bulgaria Residence Permit mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Knowledge of KPIs, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
• Background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Experience working with international or multicultural clients
