What You'll Do

• Design and implement a company-wide digital transformation strategy
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional projects across IT, operations, and business units
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize workflows
• Drive cultural change toward digital-first thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Oversee system integrations, process improvements, and technology adoption
• Track progress through KPIs and report measurable business outcomes

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or IT leadership
• Proven success leading complex, enterprise-level transformation programs
• Strong understanding of automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• English fluency required; Korean proficiency preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, or Change Management certification
• Experience with ERP/CRM modernization or cloud transformation projects
• Background in consulting, digital innovation, or enterprise architecture
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic vision
