The Director, Enterprise Sales - Central & Southern Europe will lead Smartly’s commercial success across key markets in the region. This player/coach role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution — managing a team of high‑performing Account Executives while also owning a personal book of enterprise global accounts. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in both strategic and client‑facing environments. You will work closely with marketing, customer success, partnerships, agency and product teams to accelerate revenue growth and expand Smartly’s presence among enterprise advertisers.
