Compensation

• Base Salary: competitive
• Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50

Role Overview

As a Dutch-Speaking Marketing Agent, you will support clients by providing marketing and sales-related solutions, helping them optimize their campaigns and grow their business. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

• Dutch: Minimum C1 level
• English: Minimum B2 level
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Sales
• Marketing experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin

Relocation Policy

• Relocation support available:
  • Up to €1,500 from outside Germany
  • Up to €700 from within Germany
• Minimum distance requirement: 100 km from Berlin
• Relocation support depends on current location

Work Authorization (Strict – No Exceptions)

• Student visas are NOT accepted
• Accepted documents only:
  • EU Citizenship
  • Fiktionsbescheinigung
  • Aufenthaltstitel
  • Niederlassungserlaubnis
• Erwerbstätigkeit (permission to work) must be explicitly allowed
