Dutch-Speaking Sales Representative – On-Site

Berlin, Germany (On-site)
Only candidates already based in Berlin will be considered

Salary & Benefits

Performance bonus: up to €687.50/month

Relocation support:

Up to €1,500 from outside Germany

Up to €700 within Germany (minimum 100 km from Berlin)

Responsibilities

Manage and grow client relationships

Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth

Provide consultative support and tailored solutions to customers

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Deliver high-quality customer experiences

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)

C1 level Dutch and B2 level English

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

Ability to work on-site in Berlin
