EAM/Service Management Consultant

What you can expect from the role:

• Participate in business definition meetings
• Document AS-IS / TO-BE / functional Specifications
• Configurate and test solution
• Training and Support key/end user
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Available to travel occasionally.

What we will look for in your CV:

• 2- 5 years of relevant experience implementing EAM solutions
• Knowledege in scheduling, dispatching and tracking field technicians
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, both in Spanish and in English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues.
