HVAC Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the planning and engineering of challenging projects in the Biopharma and Life Sciences Industry. You will serve as the primary contact for all HVAC-related topics, coordinating between clients, project participants, and contractors. The role is based in our offices in Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, Bad Homburg (Frankfurt a.M.) and Leverkusen.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Planning and design of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
• Compliance with applicable international norms, standards, GMP regulations and regulatory requirements
• Creation of all planning documents; participation in 3D model and design reviews
• Determination of costs and implementation of price comparisons
• Participation in procurement negotiations with suppliers and contractors as well as management and coordination of external partners and contractors
• Coordination and monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality during the construction process

Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Relevant professional experience in planning of HVAC systems in a project environment
• Nice-to-have: Experience in clean room technology planning for pharmaceutical projects
• Knowledge of German engineering requirements (norms, standards, VOB, etc.)
• Competence in MS-Office, CAD and calculation software
• Structured way of working with an engineering approach and work creativity; strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Mobility and willingness to work on site for specific projects
