Engineer IT Modern Workplace

Task Responsibilities

• Maintain and update our MDM platform (Intune).
• Analyse and enrol new hardware standard in our MDM platform.
• Communication equipment deployment and knowledge transfer; this includes Teams based desk phones but also Meeting room equipment running MTR.
• Maintain and update Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including but not limited to, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Microsoft Admin portal.
• Define procedures, provide training, and create support documentation for the IT support.
• Leading improvement initiatives.
• Migration projects within the scope of the team.
• Provide the end user support group training and documentation to ensure end user mobile devices support, deployment, management, tracking and auditing of mobile devices.
• Ensure 24 / 7 support of business‑critical system by integrating the on‑call escalation team (on a rotation scheme)

Essential Requirements For The Position

• Bachelor's degree in IT.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and on several Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Extensive knowledge in Azure Entra.
• Knowledge in Vulnerability management and remediation on a Microsoft 365 level.
• Extensive knowledge of MDM platforms including but not limited to Intune and Airwatch
• Excellent teamwork, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• High level of oral and written communication skills in English with the aim of providing effective support to IT technicians.
• Experience in leading end‑to‑end project lifecycles

Working Conditions

• Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
• The candidate will work in a Agile, friendly, innovative & operational Azure only environment.
• Normal office hours are to be expected, with occasional work outside these hours to perform tasks (planned or unplanned) on the environment.
• The position holder might have to be on stand‑by outside the normal office hours and weekends in case of incidents.
• It is expected that during critical incidents the candidate can commit to resolve the incident to the end if required.
• Valid car driver's license required.
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
