We are based in France, Switzerland and Germany. We have great expertise in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) with Odoo, IT management systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Your day as aBusiness Development Representative for France

"As a BDR at Camptocamp, you will be the engine of our growth in France! You’ll meet prospects, dive into their business challenges, and show them the full potential an ERP like Odoo can bring to their organization. You’ll identify the right opportunities, build strong relationships, and guide prospects throughout their decision-making journey. Working closely with our Business Solutions team and Luc, our CEO, you’ll shape relevant solutions and amplify our expertise in the market. Every interaction will be a chance to learn, convince, and make a real impact!"

Your main responsibilities

  • You identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships, developing strategies to target potential clients via various channels (cold calling, cold emails, social media, etc.).
  • You contribute to building and deploying prospecting strategies, testing, adjusting, and optimizing multichannel outreach.
  • You deliver Odoo demonstrations to help prospects envision solutions tailored to their needs.
  • You prepare and formalize commercial proposals in collaboration with our internal teams.
  • You build strong relationships from the very first contact, creating trust and momentum to move leads forward. You act as a main point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a high-quality experience through your listening skills, perseverance, and professionalism.
  • You participate in professional events (chambers of commerce, trade fairs, industry meetups…) to strengthen our market presence.
  • You conduct ongoing commercial intelligence, staying attentive to market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • You engage with a wide range of customers (SMEs, B2B, B2C) and adapt your approach to different business contexts and challenges.

Your essential skills to succeed in this role

  • You hold a Bachelor/Master degree in Business administration or a degree deemed equivalent.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech or software environment.
  • You have a strong interest in technology, ERP systems and business processes, and good knowledge of SaaS environments and CRM tools.
  • You possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills (written and spoken).
  • French is your native language; English is a plus.
  • You are willing to travel 30% to 40% of your time to meet clients.

If you are comfortable on these points, it’s a plus :

  • You are familiar with Odoo, or another ERP or management tool.

Workload: We are flexible and you can choose between 80% and 100%.
