What you’ll do

• Overall project planning, control and independent management of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• Central point of contact for solving all customer and employee challenges.
• Control & management of project goals (budget, deadlines, project quality).
• Compilation, leadership and management of the project teams on a multinational and interdisciplinary level.
• Supporting the sales team in the preparation of offers for potential and existing customers.
• Methodical responsibility in agile implementation of projects according to Avanade methodology.

Skills & experience

• Proven consulting skills with significant client‑facing experience.
• Passion for continuous learning, coupled with sharp business acumen and stellar time management.
• Ability to effectively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions.
• Experience managing and leading teams, both onshore and offshore.
