Overview

(Executive) Account Manager Ostdeutschland (d/w/m) – Chromatographie position at Phenomenex. Remote work from home is supported; role reports to the Country Sales Manager and is part of the sales team in Aschaffenburg.

Responsibilities

Develop with customers individual business plans and sales strategies
Build and maintain trusting relationships with new and existing customers
Shape your sales territory and achieve revenue and growth targets
Monitor market trends and competitive developments and share insights with the Sales Leader
Address customer needs with tailored actions and continuously optimize our sales activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences
Strong knowledge of chromatography and relevant markets/workflows
Initial or proven experience in sales with demonstrable success
Experience in selling laboratory consumables; enjoy advising and negotiating; strong sense for new business opportunities
Very good German and English language skills

Travel and Physical Requirements

Travel willingness around 70% including occasional overnight stays within the sales area
Valid driver’s license and safe driving

Nice to have

Laboratory experience with chromatography techniques (HPLC, GC, SPE)
