As the full‑time Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, your daily responsibilities will be dynamic and varied. You will manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas to ensure that every appointment is organized and productive. Your role involves clear communication—both written and verbal—with internal teams and external partners. Daily tasks include maintaining confidential records, drafting correspondence, and assisting in project management. You will coordinate travel arrangements and prepare briefing materials for the President/CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic leadership. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent work‑life balance.
