Exhibition & Venue Manager – Munich

About the Project:

We are preparing a landmark Art Exhibition in Munich at the intersection of art, culture and private equity
, connecting galleries, collectors and investors through a curated immersive experience.

Role Overview:

You will lead the search and negotiation for the exhibition venue, including site visits, layout planning and coordination with landlords, city authorities and logistics providers. The role includes managing timelines, budgets, and venue contracts to deliver a world-class exhibition experience.

Responsibilities:

• Research and shortlist potential venues in Munich (pop-up, museum, gallery or industrial spaces)
• Negotiate terms, rental conditions and technical requirements
• Liaise with city authorities and suppliers for permits and setup
• Collaborate with curatorial and sponsorship teams on visitor experience and layout

Ideal Profile:

• Experience in event production, art exhibitions or brand activations
• Strong local knowledge of Munich's cultural and event spaces
• Fluent in German and English
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently

Compensation:

• Project-based or part-time role
• Fixed retainer + success bonus + optional equity/sponsorship participation
