You are responsible for the Management of our Facility process, by maintaining means in operational condition, delivering facilities and associated services and managing the energy performance. Management of Service providers from the tender process until the evaluation of quality performance delivered by the service provider. Driving continuous improvement plans by identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing safety, efficiency and asset performance. Be the interface between you internal customers and external service providers. Supporting building security activities by ensuring good application of the group procedure, being a focal point for internal and external stakeholders and participating to security audits. Supporting Health, Safety & Environment activities in the implementation of HSE Group Standards (e.g. fire prevention and protection, coactivity with on‑site service providers, emergency management, etc.)
Having completed a technical or commercial degree or an equivalent qualification, you ideally bring some hands‑on experience in facility management or a similar operational role. Valuable experience in facility management, technical systems and/or service provider management. Driven by a solution‑oriented mindset, you enjoy managing projects, organizing workflows, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You are confident working with Office365 and ideally experienced with facility management system (SAP, CAFM Program, etc.). Switching between German and English written or spoken: you're confident communicating with colleagues, contractors and service providers.
