On behalf of our client, a B2B SaaS provider in the logistics and supply chain industry, we are seeking a Field Marketing Manager (DACH) to join their dynamic team in Munich (Hybrid or Remote).

As a Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will design and execute localized marketing programs that drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.

With a strong focus on the regional market, you will orchestrate activities across digital channels, social media, events, and partner collaborations. At the same time, you will support cross-country campaigns – from planning to execution – ensuring consistency and impact across the wider region. Working closely with Sales, Product, and international stakeholders, you will make a direct contribution to achieving business goals in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Regional Marketing Strategy: Translate global and regional marketing priorities into tailored programs for the DACH market
• Event Ownership: Plan, execute, and follow up on trade shows, customer events, and roadshows across the region
• Digital & Demand Generation: Launch targeted digital campaigns (social, content, webinars) to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth
• Cross-Country Campaign Support: Collaborate on international campaigns and ensure their execution in the DACH market, adapting them to local needs
• Sales Collaboration: Align with the Sales team on account and campaign planning to ensure joint success
• Account Based Marketing: You develop targeted programs for key accounts (ABM) and orchestrate integrated marketing initiatives across the full customer journey – from lead generation to customer retention and expansion.
• Customer Engagement & Communication: Deliver initiatives that strengthen relationships with existing customers and contribute to retention and upsell opportunities
• Partner Marketing: Support regional co-marketing initiatives with local partners and associations
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of campaigns and events, providing insights for continuous optimization

• You have 4-6 years of experience in B2B field marketing
• Proven expertise in event management and digital campaign execution
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and upsell/expansion phases
• Proven track record of delivering account-specific marketing campaigns and communication programs that support customer loyalty and revenue growth
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional, international teams
• Experience in supporting and localizing global campaigns from strategy to execution
• Knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot)
• Hands-on mentality, project management skills, and ability to work independently
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
