In this critical role, you will be the first line of support, ensuring that our cutting-edge IoT platform—which merges high-tech hardware with intelligent SaaS—runs seamlessly for our clients across retail, transportation, and financial services.

The Impact You Will Make

• 1st Line Support: Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming technical issues via phone, email, or tickets.
• Workflow Coordination: Manage job allocations, assigning tasks to field engineers based on urgency and technical requirements.
• Service Excellence: Monitor request statuses to ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate records in our service management system.
• Knowledge Sharing: Help maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and resources to empower both staff and customers.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a communicative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments:

• Experience: A background in helpdesk, technical support, or service coordination is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German is required, along with proficiency in English for collaboration within our international business network.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with ticketing systems and strong analytical skills to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Mindset: A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.
