Die HP Industrie Services Organisation unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Installation, Wartung und optimalen Nutzung ihrer HP PWP Digitaldruckmaschinen. In Deutschland haben wir derzeit eine offene Stelle als Field Service Engineer (m/w/d).

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Verantwortung und bringen Ihr Fachwissen ein, wenn der technische Support der ersten Ebene ein Problem nicht sofort lösen kann.

Als Field Service Engineer sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, die sofortige technische Unterstützung vor Ort benötigen. Ihr Ziel ist es, die Betriebsfähigkeit der Kunden jederzeit sicherzustellen. Sie tun dies, indem Sie auf die Ferndiagnose aufbauen und Probleme so schnell wie möglich beheben. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Systeme zu installieren, zu konfigurieren, zu warten und zu reparieren.

Darüber hinaus tragen Sie zu Wartungsaktivitäten bei, um das Risiko von Maschinenausfällen zu minimieren.

Sie arbeiten an hochkomplexen Maschinen, identifizieren die Ursachen (auch komplexer) Probleme und bieten optimale Lösungen für den Kunden.

Die kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und das Verfolgen der neuesten Entwicklungen in der Branche sind ebenfalls Teil Ihrer Aufgaben.

WAS SOLLTEN SIE MITBRINGEN?

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, benötigen Sie folgende fachliche Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen:

• Erfahrung als HP Field Service Engineer oder als HP Operator an HP Druckmaschinen.
• Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mindestens mittleres oder höheres Niveau) mit Kenntnissen in Mechanik und Elektronik.
• Gute Kenntnisse in:
  • Elektronik (inklusive Lesen von Schaltplänen)
  • Mechanik
  • PCs, Windows-Software, grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse
  • Pneumatik/Hydraulik
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Fehleranalyse (bis auf Komponentenebene der Elektronik)
• Fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Erfahrung mit der Installation und Demontage komplexer Industrieprodukte ist von Vorteil. Wenn Sie jedoch lernbereit sind und eine "Can-Do"-Einstellung mitbringen, sind Sie bestens für den Erfolg gerüstet.

In this role you will step up and apply your expertise when the first level of technical support is unable to immediately solve the issue.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE BRING YOU?

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the focal point to our clients in need of immediate on-site technical assistance. It will be your goal to enable your customers to remain operational at all times. You will do so by following up on the remote diagnosis and resolve it as quickly as possible. You'll have the opportunity to install, configure, maintain and repair systems.

Furthermore, you will contribute to maintenance related activities to minimize the risk of machine failure.

You will have the opportunity to work on highly complex machines and identify the nature of (complex) issues and provide optimal solutions to the customer.

Keeping yourself updated with the latest developments within the industry will be part of the role as well.

And last but not least you will benefit from working in a diverse environment with an extensive scale of nationalities, backgrounds and age groups and be part of a dynamic, high-performance and dedicated organization.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE?

To be successful in this role you would need the following professional skills and experience:

• Experience as a HP Field Service Engineer or as an HP Indigo Operator on HP digital presses.
• An intermediate or higher vocational technical background covering both mechanics and electronics.
• A good understanding of:
  • Electronics (including reading wiring diagrams).
  • Mechanics.
  • PC's, Windows SW, basic Networking skills.
  • Pneumatics/Hydraulics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (down to electronics component level).
• Written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Experience with installation and break down of complex industrial products is a plus, but if you are eager to learn from colleagues and on the job and you have a can-do attitude, we trust you'll have the right foundation to be successful.
