Your daily responsibilities include finance support tasks and coordination with the office manager. We seek someone with 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.

Finance & Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Finance Team in Fund Operations tasks such as reporting, accounting, financial analysis, and portfolio controlling
• Contributing to quarterly stakeholder reports and internal fund development tracking
• Communicating with external accountants and stakeholders to provide financial information
• Preparing financial materials for audits, board, and investor meetings
• Responding to urgent inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
• Supporting office procedures, admin systems, and databases

What should you bring along?

We are looking for a passionate individual eager to thrive in a VC and startup environment.

• Strong background in accounting and finance support
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• 1-4 years of experience, preferably in professional services, Venture Capital, or Private Equity
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficiency in standard software, especially Excel
• Academic education is a plus but not required
