Finance Director (m / w / d)

Thats what you can expect

• Disciplinary and professional leadership motivation and further development of the finance team
• Responsibility for monthly quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB) as well as management reporting and group reporting under IFRS
• Strategic and operational budget planning and local financial responsibility
• Optimization and further development of finance systems processes and automation
• Liquidity and cash flow management including control of payment terms
• Coordination with tax advisors auditors and authorities
• Cross-departmental collaboration and KPI reporting

What you bring to the table

• You hold a degree in business administration finance or accounting and bring 5-8 years of professional experience - including proven success in leading teams
• Backround in auditing international work experience and familiarity with group structures are especially beneficial
• Solid understanding of HGB and familiarity with IFRS
• Proven experience in financial processes and driving digital transformation projects
• You are fluent in German and English
• You work in a structured and solution-focused manner always keeping an eye on getting things done
• Experience with payment transactions transfer pricing VAT and audit processes is beneficial
