The Partnership:
As a 
Strategic Financing Partner
, you will work directly with the executive and financial leadership of 0-8 Capital to:

• Underwrite and structure upcoming 
SPV-level acquisitions
.

• Provide or arrange 
senior, uni-tranche, or mezzanine instruments
.

• Participate in 
revenue- and cash-flow-based lending facilities
.

• Co-develop 
DSCR-driven underwriting and capital deployment models
.
