Finanzbuchhalter:in / Bilanzbuchhalter:in (Mid-Level) (m/f/d)

We’re building an AI-powered platform that helps small businesses handle their accounting efficiently, accurately, and stress-free. For that, we’re looking for someone with solid accounting experience who’s excited about modern tools and being close to customers.

Your Role

Review automated booking suggestions and complete missing information.

Support the preparation of P&L reports, VAT pre-filings, and annual closing documents.

Act as a friendly, clear, and competent point of contact for client questions.

Collaborate closely with our product team to continuously improve our software.

Document internal processes and contribute ideas for greater efficiency.

What You Bring

Education and/or certification in accounting – e.g. as a financial accountant or certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter:in).

2+ years of experience in accounting – ideally in a digital or fast-growing environment.

Familiarity with DATEV (Odoo is a plus, but not required).

A structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style.

Tech-savviness and curiosity for digital tools.

German at C1 level – English is a plus.
