Role

Store Manager (m/w/d) - LEGO Store Stuttgart - Vollzeit

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Managing, developing and coaching employees, including employee appraisals
  • Recording and maintaining team absence records
  • Induction of new employees and organization of training courses
  • Implementation of floor management
  • Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
  • Responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and alignment of the team with the customer
  • Carrying out the morning briefing and shift handovers
  • Organizing beauty classes in different areas, animating the hub and creating weekend looks
  • Updating visual merchandising and implementing updates and animations
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
  • Analyzing the key figures for the respective sales categories and deriving sales activities
  • Creating daily staff planning and coordinating employees on the store floor
  • Carrying out inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods
  • Complete merchandise management, from receiving to proper storage, booking out, returns and tester management
  • Opening and closing the store, including cash register closing
  • Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
  • Deputizing for the Store Manager in case of absence
  • Responsible for store operating according to Sephora Audit rules

  • Control of retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services

Experience & Technical Skills

  • At least 3-4 years\' experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector
  • Previous management and team leadership experience and emphatic management style is required
  • Enjoy dealing with customers and developing employees
  • Analytical and commercial working methods
  • Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the sales floor
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in English and native language of the country
