YOUR ROLE
Work directly with the founders and play a key role in driving Scelion's growth - across product, marketing, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Growth & Strategy:
Help shape and execute growth initiatives - from testing new channels to optimizing how we attract and convert potential customers. - Customer Interaction:
Engage directly with prospects and users to understand their needs, gather insights, and identify opportunities to improve our product approach. - Automation & Tools:
Explore and implement tools to streamline workflows and make our growth processes more efficient. - Content & Enablement:
Contribute to building materials and resources that support outreach, onboarding, and customer success. - Ownership & Impact:
Take ownership of projects that align with your strengths and interests - whether that's refining sales processes, messaging, or analyzing data to inform decisions. - Startup Mindset:
Get involved wherever help is needed - from strategic discussions to hands-on execution.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are eager to learn as much about Growth as possible in 6 months
- You enjoy interactions with potential customers and are confident in presenting
- Curious and innovative: you love exploring new ideas and solving problems
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and ready to dive into automation
- Self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and are eager to learn
- You are driven and motivated to overachieve against your targets
- You are fluent in English and German
