About the role

In short: Own the backbone of one of the most comprehensive and reliable pharma databases out there.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL workflowsthat power analytics, machine learning, and operational use cases.
• Integrate and optimize data from diverse sources(APIs, third-party vendors, and more) into unified, reliable platforms.
• Own and evolve our data architecture, including storage, warehousing, and modeling, for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and automate processes for data cleaning, validation, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

• LLM & AI Stack:OpenAI, Claude, open-weight models, agentic-frameworks, RAG pipelines
• Backend & Infra:Python, Docker, Azure, Postgres
• Data orchestration:Dagster

You might be a fit if…

• You have3+ years of hands-on experience building data warehouses, includingdata modeling,ETL processes,containerization,and pipeline orchestration frameworks(e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
• You have worked withPython for data processing, automation, and scripting.
• You are comfortable withcloud-based infrastructureandunderstand how to design scalable, cost-efficient systems.
• You have anentrepreneurial mindset - you don’t wait for perfect specs, butturn ambiguity into clarity and high-impact solutions, bringingstructure where there is none.
• You thrive inafat-paced, in-person environment, continuously willing tolearn and master your craft.
• You are resourceful, with a get-it-done attitude, deeply committed, andwilling to go the extra milewhen it matters, because youcare deeplyabout the problems you’re solving and youcare about your own work.
