• Lead financial planning: business plan, financial model, unit economics.
• Support fundraising: investor research, outreach, calls, Q&A, and overall strategy.
• Co-develop the pitch deck and financial story; prepare materials for due diligence.
• Advise on financial structure, valuation, cap table, and strategic budgeting.
• Provide ongoing financial guidance as the company scales.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong finance background in tech/SaaS (startup CFO, finance lead, investor, or advisor).
• Hands‑on experience with Pre-Seed/Seed fundraising and investor interactions.
• Excellent financial modelling skills and understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Tech‑savvy, analytical, structured, and comfortable working in an early‑stage startup.
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate numbers into a clear investor narrative.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bonus: Familiarity with German and EU tech startup funding and grant programs.
• Bonus: Existing investor network (angels, micro‑VCs, early‑stage funds).
