Now we are building the growth engine.
We are looking for a Growth Lead to own and scale one of Zalion’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) domains across Europe. Your mandate is clear:
Build a repeatable go-to-market engine that reaches €10M ARR within 24 months.
This is a senior commercial ownership role with full responsibility for outcomes.
You will own all go-to-market activities for one S2P domain (e.g. RFQ automation, quote negotiation, order confirmation) across Europe. That includes defining the ICP, building pipeline, closing the first deals yourself, and then building the team and structures to scale.
You will work directly with the founders , who have built market-winning companies before and have deep experience selling complex software into some of the largest organizations in the world . This role offers short feedback loops, direct exposure to real decision-making, and shared ownership of success.
For people who want to found a company themselves one day , this role is intentionally designed as deep, hands-on preparation. You will operate at founder altitude, with real ownership, real pressure, and real consequences. Zalion aims to be a place where future founders are shaped , not sheltered.
Own a clearly defined revenue target
Build and dominate the GTM motion for one S2P domain
Personally close the first €1–2M ARR
Scale the motion to €10M ARR through hiring and systemization
Design the GTM playbook for your domain: positioning, pricing, packaging, and deal structure
Define negotiation tactics and commercial standards
Build a motion that is repeatable and transferable
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Navigate procurement, legal, IT, and security processes
Drive deals from first contact to signature
Hire and coach early commercial talent
Put structure in place: CRM hygiene, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal reviews
Build the foundations of a scalable commercial organization
Act as the primary interface between customers and Product Engineering
Translate customer signals into product and roadmap input
Help ensure Zalion’s agents win on real enterprise pain points
Strong structured thinking and executive presence
Comfortable owning both problem definition and execution
Motivated by outcomes, not activity
You enjoy creating teams, processes, and standards from scratch
You take pride in building something that scales beyond you
You are comfortable operating with limited initial structure
Able to discuss workflows, integrations, and APIs at a high level
Confident negotiating with procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders
You take ownership naturally
You are drawn to roles with real risk and real upside
You may want to build your own company in the future and see this role as the most intense preparation for that path
The target is €10M ARR, with real accountability
You will operate hands-on before building leverage through a team
You will sell a new category to conservative enterprise buyers
