Blue Networks is a cybersecurity and regulatory advisory firm helping technology companies operating in regulated sectors structure their cybersecurity governance and compliance frameworks .

We work with fintech companies selling to banks, industrial technology providers serving critical infrastructure, and digital infrastructure operators that must meet growing regulatory expectations such as NIS2, DORA, and ISO27001.

Our goal is simple: help companies turn cybersecurity and compliance into a structured and credible part of their business so they can win enterprise clients and operate confidently in regulated markets.

The role

We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity & Compliance) to help us expand our outbound pipeline.

As an SDR at Blue Networks, your role goes beyond booking meetings.

You will identify relevant companies, engage decision makers, and run the first discovery conversations before handing qualified opportunities to our senior security advisors.

What you will do

  • Identify and research target companies across Europe
  • Build outbound prospect lists using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Wiza, or Lusha
  • Run structured outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and e‑mail
  • Engage founders, CTOs, and technical leaders
  • Run short discovery calls to understand cybersecurity and compliance challenges
  • Qualify opportunities and hand them over to senior advisory sessions
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline in Pipedrive

Previous experience that fits well

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales , ideally in one of the following environments:
  • Cybersecurity companies
  • Compliance / risk / governance advisory firms
  • Enterprise SaaS selling to technical buyers
  • Technology companies selling to regulated sectors (fintech, infrastructure, industrial tech)
  • Fluency in English

Tools you should be familiar with

  • CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
  • LinkedIn and e‑mail outbound workflows

What we value

  • Confidence speaking with senior technical stakeholders
  • Additional languages (Italian and Dutch are a plus)
