We require a specialised Freelance Product Owner/Manager for a critical, limited‑time project focused on B2B integration and standardisation.

Project Scope & Responsibilities

• Your core task is to define and drive the implementation of our B2B integration strategy. This includes:
• Shaping the B2B Integration Vision with the business owner.
• Translating goals into a prioritized project backlog (epics, user stories).
• Owning and managing the integration backlog.
• Collaborating with development teams for implementation.
• Challenging technical solutions to ensure robust standardisation and efficiency.

We need you to bring

• Deep experience as a PO/BA with a proven track record in B2B integrations, APIs, or data standardisation (startup/medtech preferred).
• Data‑driven and base decisions on clear project metrics.
• A strong strategic vision for B2B standards and best practices.
• Strong, structured stakeholder communication skills.
• Thriving in a fast‑paced, agile project environment.
