Roles and Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of the products the engineering team builds; lead cross‑functional teams from ideation to launch.
• Build product strategy that reflects Insider’s vision and clearly articulate business value to teams.
• Define release process and coordinate all activities to bring products to market.
• Manage and prioritize product items; own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas; benchmark and monitor market needs, competition, user requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Define and analyze metrics that assess feature performance and customer satisfaction, providing improvement suggestions.
• Champion building great products with a committed, focused, and passionate team.
• Deliver on objectives and continually enhance product experience.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top‑tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine‑tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).
• Experience with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Experience building or iterating customer journeys using low‑code/no‑code tools and drag‑and‑drop automation platforms.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Capability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
